TIPO A

TIPO A working centers can automatically carry out in one cycle the main operations required in steel construction industry such as  Drilling, Milling, Pointing, Tapping, Marking, Scribing and Thermal Cutting, processing the largest plates availables in the market without thickness limits.

Thanks to its features and its reliability, TIPO A has long been highly appreciated on the market.

TECHNICAL MACHINE FEATURES


Infeed and Outfeed rollerways, that can be extended in order to fit the required plate length and are pre-arranged to receive Cross Transfer Tables (Loading / Unloading)

Depending on the model, plates are handled by carriage with pincher or by lateral double grippers 

The machine is equipped with one OXY cutting torch with possibility to have a second torch to cover all manufacturing needs

One or two High-Definition plasma torches, from HYPERTHERM ΗPR 260 XD to HPR 400 XD, to satisfy all cutting requirements in accuracy, quality and speed

TIPO A series are equipped with a high speed drilling spindle allowing extremely productive drilling of holes. The Drilling Unit  can be supplied with Automatic Tool Change System having  6  positions for tools and managed by the CNC, with possibility to add a second tool changer to increase the productivity

The system can be equipped also with an additional drilling spindle with relevant tool changer to further increased productivity

Marking unit, with rotating disc of marking characters

SCRIBING operations are available for identification marks or part numbers, fabrication and bending lines, center location for positioning and welding, deeper marking viewable after painting / galvanizing

A special tilting device (trap door) can be supplied to unload finished parts with maximum size 500×500 mm

The Exhaust System filters the fume generated by thermal cutting operations. The air is cleaned according to the latest Health and Safety requirements.
