VANGUARD PRO is an Automatic CNC controlled three spindle drilling line for beams, profiles and sections in the field of metal constructions. It can be combined with Band-sawing unit or with a Thermal-cutting Robot. It is supplied complete with automatic tool changer and four (4) side Scribing capability. The economical design makes this drill line reliable and reasonably priced production cell.
BASIC FEATURES
A robust pincher is used to clamp the material and to push it forward for processing.
Sophisticated combination of probing clamping and laser devices allows precise measuring of beam length and width, as well as flanges and web height.
The users can rely on three Direct Drive independent drilling heads with maximum power on each spindle. The three high-tech spindles can operated simultaneously on both flanges and the web.
The powerful Direct Drive spindle ensures high drilling performances. This heavy duty, yet simple design makes this spindle the most efficient and advanced on the market today.
Thanks to the high RPM spindle, Carbide tools can be utilized to their maximum efficiency.
Besides the top Scribing, carried out with the relevant tool, Underside Scribing operations can be performed with a special device.
Automatic Tool change syste, managed by the CNC and equipped with 6 positions.
When combined with Band-saw, a special device with magnet allows to unload short pieces towards outfeed rollerway onto the unloading table for short pieces.
When combined with Band-saw or with Thermal Coping Robot, there is no need to add a further CNC unit as the entire system is controlled by a single CNC.
The machine is supplied in accordance with the highest safety standards and regulations.
