TIPO C System is the most innovative solution for the fabrication of plates :  a flexible CNC center capable of complying with the requirements of both traditional steel fabricators and all types of industries requiring accurate detailed components with multiple diverse operations.

These models can perform punching, drilling, boring, milling, tapping and thermal cutting with OXY and plasma of large plates.

The ability to start with row material and end with the finished part including diverse is what makes the TIPO C truly unique.

TECHNICAL MACHINE FEATURES


Infeed and Outfeed rollerways, that can be extended in order to fit the required plate length and are pre-arranged to receive Cross Transfer Tables (Loading / Unloading)

The plate is positioned by carriage and three (3) lateral hydraulic grippers , which are adjustable to material's dimensions and thickness

The punching unit, complete with Automatic Tool Changer, consists of an hydraulic cylinder designed to integrate the hydraulic clamping of punch and co-axial stripper

Additional tools storage systems with 4 / 8 / 14  positions can be fitted to increase the tools availability

The machine is equipped with one OXY cutting torch

One High-Definition plasma torch, HYPERTHERM HPR 260 XD, to satisfy all cutting requirements in accuracy, quality and speed

TIPO C series are equipped with a high speed drilling spindle allowing extremely productive drilling of holes. The Drilling Unit  can be supplied with Automatic Tool Change System having  6  positions for tools and managed by the CNC, performing drilling, tapping, milling, boring and scribing operations

Marking unit, with rotating disc of marking characters

SCRIBING operations are available for identification marks or part numbers, fabrication and bending lines, center location for positioning and welding, deeper marking viewable after painting / galvanizing

A special tilting device (trap door) can be supplied to unload finished parts with maximum size 500x500 mm

The Exhaust System filters the fume generated by thermal cutting operations. The air is cleaned according to the latest Health and Safety requirements.
