MACHINE OPERATION / CUTTING CYCLE

Cycle start is obtained by pressing the relevant start button. The machine performs the following operations during the cutting cycle:

1. vice closing and activation of band motor

2. cutting bow downstroke

3.return of bow to initial position

4.band motor stop

5. vice opening

The machine provides the possibility of manual cut

The model SPECIAL 420 DI, is a semi-automatic machine and it is an economic and reliable solution for the cutting of metal profiles

Capability of straight cut (0º) as well as mitre cutting up to  -60º (left side) and up to  +60º (Right side)

Always straight cut through the basic characteristics of the machine such as rigidity of blade support, flywheel dimensioning, band guides and band stretching
