MACHINE OPERATION / CUTTING CYCLE

Cycle start is obtained by pressing the relevant start button. The machine performs the following operations during the cutting cycle:

1. vice closing and activation of band motor

2. cutting bow downstroke

3.return of bow to initial position

4.band motor stop

5. vice opening

The machine provides the possibility of manual cut

The model SPECIAL 320 Μ/S, is a semi-automatic machine and it is an economic and reliable solution for the cutting of metal profiles

Capability of straight cut (0º) as well as mitre cutting up to  +60º (Right side)

- Unloading roller conveyor for band-saws, with measuring rod divided into millimeters for checking measurements which is moved manually and adjustable in height (applied to the right-hand side of the machine)
