A robust pincher is used to clamp the material and to push it forward for processing.

The users can rely on three Direct Drive independent drilling heads with maximum power on each spindle. The three high-tech spindles can operated simultaneously on both flanges and the web.

Automatic Tool change syste, managed by the CNC and equipped with 6 positions.
The auxiliary axis available on each spindle generates an extra stroke, extended to 300 mm, to carry out countless operations by keeping the material clamped in position. This translates into greater flexibility and unequalled productivity.
The New Powerful Direct Drive spindle, with reduced shape size and longer nose for higher stiffness, delivers 100% of the motor's power to the tool for enhanced drilling performances. It also allows the use of Carbide tools due to the high RPM achived. This heavy duty, yet simple design makes this spindle the most efficient and advanced on the market today.
All three drilling heads, can be equipped with a brand new Automatic Tool change system with 14 positions, which can therefore accomodate in total up to 42 different tools.
Thanks to the auxiliary axis feature, advanced milling operations such as helical milling, pocketing, weld- preparation, slotting and more are available on this model.
When combined with Band-saw, a special device with magnet allows to unload short pieces towards outfeed rollerway onto the unloading table for short pieces.
When combined with Band-saw or with Thermal Coping Robot, there is no need to add a further CNC unit as the entire system is controlled by a single CNC.
The machine is supplied in accordance with the highest safety standards and regulations.
