DTM - Toolset

The MIRA DTM-Toolset is specialy designed to upgrade your existing MIRA VG-91 valve seat refacing unit. The DTM-Toolset brings you the benefits of the fast and easy adjustability to the desired seat dimensions without changing the main spindle.

The newly developed double edged toolhead system with exchangeable hard alloy carbide tips makes it faster and easyer to rationally turn out valve seat rings and allows to manufacture ring seat counterbores with great accuracy.

The DTM-Toolset includes

  • D1 main spindel
  • DT05 toolhead ( 16-25mm )
  • DT1 toolhead ( 21-45mm )
  • DSD double edged toolhead ( 26-36 mm )
  • EM25-75 pesicion adjusting micrometer
  • Toolcase
  • Manual
